

Sports Directors' Information
· Northwest Zone Executive Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month except July, August and December. The meetings are held at Dovercourt Community Hall, ( 13510 Dovercourt Ave ) at except for the May and June meetings which commence at .
· Sports directors are encouraged to attend ALL executive meetings.
· Northwest Zone General Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of September and the second Wednesday of February preceding the scheduled executive meeting.
· TEAM REGISTRATION MEETING for the 2011 season is at on Sunday, March 13th at Dovercourt Hall. All Sports Directors MUST attend this meeting and declare their teams. Packages will be mailed out to individual league sports directors prior to this meeting, and completed forms must be handed in at this time along with the appropriate registration fees.
· TEAM REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 18th
· PLAYER REGISTRATION DEADLINE: April 30th
· Sports Directors are encouraged to attend all schedule pickup meetings. Important information is given to the coaches that directors should be aware of as well.
· Schedule pickup for ALL coaches (Mites to Midgets) will be on April 27th at at Calder Community Hall.
· Schedule pickup for all coaches of T-Ball and Coach Pitch teams will be on May 4th at Dunluce Hall.
· City finals June 22nd to June 26th in the SOUTH Zone.
